A Holistic Doula provides educational and experiential support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

She has practical knowledge of homeopathy, flower essences and aromatherapy, while also providing nurturing therapies such as herbal baths, relaxation massage, belly wrapping and moxibustion in the postpartum.
A Holistic Doulas offers TEA (time, energy and attention!) with the intention of celebrating and honoring women during their embarkation into motherhood.
A Holistic Birth Doula Offers...
As Holistic Birth Doulas, we have combined our years of experience and knowledge as birthing women and mothers to provide you with an empowering experience during this transformational time. We believe that birth belongs to the family. We support you by holding the birthing space as a nurturing, trusting, loving and supportive presence during your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. We refer to you the mother as the master of your body and birth experience. We regard you, the parents, as the divine keepers of your baby’s health and well-being.
We view our role as a witness of this journey and we are available to serve in whatever capacity you choose to consult us for.
We have dedicated our time and energy in understanding the physiology, science, energy, and sacredness of the undisturbed birthing paradigm. We place confidence in you, the parents to assume absolute responsibility as the guardians and safe keepers of your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. With our on going study of the holistic birthing paradigm, and many years of personal experience as mothers and witnesses of undisturbed birthing; we make ourselves available for your birth experience and to be consulted about the prevention and treatment of the common challenges and concerns that many new families often enquire about.

- Free Initial Consultation
- On going phone and email consultation
- earthmother Childbirth Preparation Class - 6 sessions
- 2 prenatal visit with choice of: relaxation massage & well women consulting
- 24 hour on call 2 weeks before and after due date
- Labor & birth support & consulting
- Immediate postpartum care
- 3 postpartum visits including: uterine & relaxation massage, moxabustion, belly wrapping, preparation of herbal healing bath & herbal nourishment infusion.
- Well-baby & breast feeding consulting
Investment for this service: $800
